Jeon is a HK research professor at Konkuk University Research Center of the Humanities for Unification. He obtained his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees from Hanyang University Department of Korean Language and Literature. His research interest includes North Korean social culture, culture and arts, and communication between South and North Korean cultures.
